It prints test page when given directly from printer ( by closing the lid several times) but fails to print test page when given from a computer. amber light blinks several times and then green light turns on. any idea.? Hardware should be fine as it can print test page directly. Gives an error ' Error printing on HP P1008'
I tried uninstalling the driver and reinstalling, restarting the print spooler , changing the usb port etc
