Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Printer

The HP 9025 keeps displaying that the tray is full and it is not.  We have tried unplugging the printer, pulling the output tray in and out several times but it does not help.  If we walk away from the printer, it will print the item 10 to 20 minutes later.
