Hi @Santhosh9495,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I completely understand how frustrating it must be to see your HP Neverstop Laser 1200w stuck in cool-down mode with a blinking power light, especially after a firmware update. Let's walk through what might help.

Forced Power Reset (Cold Reset)

  1. Disconnect All Cables
    • Unplug the printer from the wall completely.
    • Also, unplug any USB or Ethernet cables if connected.

  2. Hold the Power Button
    • With the printer unplugged, press and hold the power button for 15–20 seconds.
    • This drains residual power from the system.

  3. Plug Back In & Power On
    • Plug the power cable back in directly to a wall outlet (avoid surge protectors for this step).
    • Press the power button and see if the blinking stops and the printer initialises normally.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
