my information light wont stop blinking and I can't print

I have a HP 4152 printer that i have unplued, reset, and reinstalled. I can not get the information light to go off it blinks and I can't print. I put a new credit card in to update my account I do not know what else to do. HELP

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. If you have already performed the steps from the document Blinking Lights and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
