My  printer is initialized, meaning it’s printed pages in the past, and I am are getting the “Use SETUP Cartridges” error when trying to install new cartridges.

My printer just bought in this year, it is used. It show " Use SETUP Cartriges" error when I am install a new catridges after I reset my printer.......what is the feasible method to resolve this problem?

I am sending you a private message with the steps to skip setup cartridges and complete the printer's initial setup. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

tq sandy , this is the one and only solution that can resolve this problematic matter !!!!! thanks a lot😁

(I also try to call live agent and they promised me to delivery the replacement for me BUT THEY KEEP DELAYING!!!!It supposed to be delivered 4 days ago, im very dissatisfied with them🙄

Yes, till now still haven’t delivery to me …..But it doesn't matter. Because of the method you taught me, this printer seems to be fine.

If you want to know the status of the cartridge delivery, I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
