Restart the Printer
- Turn off the printer and unplug it for 60 seconds.
- Plug it back in and restart.
Reduce Print Job Complexity
- If printing high-resolution images or PDFs, try reducing the file size.
- Print in black & white instead of color to lower memory usage.
Clear Saved Faxes (If Applicable)
- On the printer’s menu, go to Setup > Service > Fax Service > Clear Saved Faxes.
- This frees up memory.
Perform a Hard Reset
- Turn off the printer, then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
- Restart and test printing again.
