Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer

Hello,

my printer no longer prints in color from the computer even though it used to. It scans and copies in color, it prints in color from my smartphone. It only prints in black from the computer. The printer is up to date, I also reinstalled it but the problem persists. In HP Smart I cannot select the color for printing photos. It always comes back to monochrome.

I don't know what to do anymore, please help me.

mon imprimante n'imprime plus en couleur depuis l'ordinateur alors qu'elle le faisait auparavant. Elle scanne et copie en couleur, elle imprime en couleur depuis mon smartphone. Elle imprime uniquement en noir depuis l'ordinateur. L'imprimante est à jour, je l'ai également réinstallée mais le problème persiste.

Dans HP Smart je ne parviens à sélectionner la couleur pour l'impression de photos. Ca revient toujours sur monochrome.

Je ne sais plus quoi faire, merci de m'aider.
