Cant figure out why my printer doesnt sense its full of paper

Check Paper Alignment:

• Ensure that the paper is loaded correctly and that it’s not exceeding the maximum fill line. Adjust the paper guides to fit snugly against the paper.

Inspect the Paper:

• Make sure you're using the correct type and size of paper recommended for your printer. Avoid using damp, curled, or damaged paper, as this can cause feeding issues.

Clear Any Paper Jams:

• Even a small piece of paper stuck in the printer can trigger an error. Check for any obstructions or jammed paper inside the printer.

Check the Paper Sensors:

• Sometimes, the paper sensors can become dirty or blocked. Gently clean the paper sensors with a soft, dry cloth. These sensors are usually located in the paper tray area and inside the printer.

Reset the Printer:

• Turn off the printer, unplug it from the wall, and wait for about 60 seconds before plugging it back in and turning it on.

Update Printer Firmware: Update the firmware on an HP printer

• Make sure your printer’s firmware is up to date. You can do this through the HP Smart app or by visiting the HP support website.
