Hi @szq6005,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Do not worry, I'd be happy to help you!

I understand that you are facing issues with the print job getting canceled.

If your HP Envy 5530 e-All-in-One Printer is continuously displaying a message saying "canceling" on the screen, it could indicate that there might be a print job stuck in the queue or a problem with the printer's software.

Here's what you can do: Click here for a Print Job stuck in Que.

Cancel Print Jobs: Access the print queue on your computer and cancel any pending print jobs. Sometimes, a stuck print job can cause the printer to display such a message.

Restart Printer: Turn off your printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for a couple of minutes. Then, plug it back in and turn it on. This can often resolve software glitches or stuck processes.

Check Connections: Ensure that the printer is properly connected to your computer and that the network (if it's a wireless printer) is stable. A weak or unstable connection might cause issues.

Reset Printer: Perform a reset on your printer. This can often clear out temporary issues. Check the printer's manual for specific instructions on how to reset your model.

Update Firmware/Software: Check for any available firmware or software updates for your HP Envy 5530 printer. Updating to the latest version might resolve the problem you're experiencing. Click here

Factory Reset (if necessary): As a last resort, you can perform a factory reset on the printer. Be aware that this will reset all settings to their default, so only do this if other troubleshooting steps haven't worked.

If these steps don't resolve the issue and the printer continues to display the "cancelling" message, it might be necessary to contact HP support for further assistance.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
