Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

a replacement printer was sent. problem is worse. the old printer printed but had different problems. I can't get any kind of response from chat or tech support. I have a case support  but no one will answer my request for help.

It seems like an issue with the printer hardware even after the printer was replaced and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
