  • Printer tries to load paper to print but it jams. Do I need a new roller for this 19yr old HP PSC 1310 series all in one printer? Where do I get one and how much do they cost? Or do I have to take it to a printer shop?

@cricket92117, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I see that the paper jams while trying to print. Due to the age of this printer, the support options are limited.

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in these documents - A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays on the HP PSC 1315, 1315v, 1315xi, 1315s, and 1318 All-in-One Printer S... and An 'Out of Paper' error displays, printer does not pick paper

If the issue persists, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.

The availability of rollers is slim, and it may or may not resolve the issue.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
