Product: Office Jet Pro 6978
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I have had issues with my all-in-one for several months, possibly over a year.  Have also had computer problems and thought that I should get those fixed first.  I am currently at the point of working with a team from Apple's executive offices and they still don't know what's wrong.  I have had only intermittent access to a working computer lately (in between calls and erasing it more than once, etc.) and no one is available by phone. What do I do?  Sorry if this is the wrong category.  

btw, my current OS is Monterey, which is after Big Sur and not even listed here.
