I had to buy a new Netgear combination router/modem. My problem is the printer won't connect wireless to the router/modem. I printed out an HP Network Configuration page, but I found out that I needed passwords to connect the printers networks to the router/modem. I thought that I had found the passwords under the BSSID and I entered what I thought were the passwords from two networks - the NETGEAR74 and the MyspectrumWiFi80-2G. I then printed out the wireless test report and was told - Security was a FAIL. On the top of this readout test it said Wireless On - PASS, and Wireless Working - PASS, but the printer still wouldn't work and the computer said it was offline. Thanks for any help you can give me that will tell me why my computer says my printer is offline, but the printer and the router/modem says differently that it's turned on.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.
You will have to use the password of the wireless network you have. If you are not sure what the password is, please contact your Internet service provider.
As for the test report is concerned, all tests have passed and wireless is functioning properly on the printer.
- Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network.
- This printer supports only 2.4GHz network. So, the PC should be on the 2.4GHz network.
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both the networks.
The printer is able to detect the network, hence this is not an issue with the printer, contact your internet service provider for further assistance.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
