HP Recommended

On my HP CP5225 printer, the network card lights (orange & green) are static, not blinking indicating no network traffic. Using my laptop and direct connecting to the same network port confirms that the port is working and transmitting traffic. I have confirmed that the cable and port I m plugged into is working using my laptop. Additionally there is no display o the printers screen. I have confirmed that my printer is still under warranty.

No display, and the issues with LAN port are very likely a defective printers motherboard, if under warranty look up for a warranty claim for a repair.
