Brand new printer and I know the printer itself works. I have successfully printed a letter and a chart. I want to print on a #10 envelope. I have created the envelope both in google docs and in ms word (online version). When I click on "print" I get a pop up window where I can choose destination/pages/copies/color/paper size/margins/scale/options. When I open the dialogue box for paper size, there is NO envelope option. The same pop up window comes up in google docs or ms word, it is not proprietary to either program. The printer itself lets me tell it that I loaded a #10 envelope, and I know it is loaded correctly, because when it ultimately cancels the job, it feeds the blank envelope out, no jams. The error message is that the paper size selected does not match the paper loaded - of course it doesn't, there is no way I can choose envelope, let alone size in the window.

Sounds like you have not installed printer software and drivers to your computer because in MS Word you can create an envelope and it will pop up many sizes for you to pick and #10 probably is the most popular size.
Please install printer software and drivers on your computer using the CD which comes with your printer.

Hello Mrs. AK,
At this time (may ultimately) do not reinstall/install software, obviously you have it. The #10 envelope should show in the Print Dialog.
In MS Word (or similar) click File > Print > Properties > paper/quality (at top of page) > advanced > Paper Size.
If you don't see (illustration below) the #10 envelope (and all others showing), please respond.
