Product: HP ENVY 5660 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Envy 5660 printer suddenly stopped printing from my Dell Inspiron laptop after working well for years.  Printer is connected wirelessly to same network as computer and is found by HP Print and Scan Doctor and HP Smart but running these troubleshooters results in "Unable To Find Problem" response.  Same with Windows printer troubleshooter.  Printer prints fine from my phone or another computer on the network.   Internal test page prints when requested from the computer, but regular test print results in "test page failed to print" message.  Attempt to print a document results in "Printer not available" message.  No documents ever make it to the print queue which remains empty.  Scan function works OK from same computer.  Windows spool services are running.

I have rebooted computer, router, printer multiple times with no improvement.  Uninstalled the printer and reinstalled using HP driver from website, no change.  Nothing was changed or updated on computer prior to problem  appearing.  Don't know what to try next.
