Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Stand alone printer, turn on and unit starts to go through its process then shows ink system failure, hit the OK and show missing or failed print head.

Have replaced print head and installed starter ink cartridges that came with print head.  Turn on and starts set up but never goes out of Initializing setup with the number 1 in the top right corner of display.

Have gone through process of resetting  printer but still stuck in initializing.

I don't think you can update firmware when printer is not in the ready state. Am I at the point of getting a main board?

Anyone!
