HP Recommended

New printer.  Office jet pro 80203 series.  tried to lift up cartidge access door and right side seems to go up slightly but unable to lift up the left side by power button.  I dont want to pull too hard for fear of breaking it.  Looked at past questions and I am not the first to experience this issue.   You tube videos show it being easily lifted. Trying to set up this new printer. Need help.  Thanks.

Replying to my own question.  Just closed top lid and low and behold cartidge access lid now opened freely.  Wish instructions would say that!
