HP Officejet Pro 8100 ePrinter - N811a/N811d

Wireless printing has always been "iffy" w/this printer, but unable to print wirelessly  for past year or so. message that computer unable to connect to device. Wireless network test results: "More than one access point/wireless router has been found that matches your wireless network name (SSID). If this is not intended your HP printer may be connected to wrong wireless network  . To avoid this, change your wireless network name (SSID) to be unique."

 

One troubleshooting attempt recommended I make device my default printer, but that didn't help. Again, "computer unable to connect to device."

 

No problem printing via cable.
