I changed the cartridge and then reseted the printer by taking out the power cable. When I put the cable in again it just started to load and said something about making sure everything is okay in the printer. Then it just loads for 10+ min and goes all black. The button doesn't work and does nothing. If its loading and you press on the button it says shutting down then just loads until it become all black. then you can't start it again.
Please someone help and YES i have tried doing what every singel support person have told everyone else which
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help.
Let's try to reset the Printer here:
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.
I have done it multiple times so don't answer that thankyou!

@AlexanderBean
Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are getting an OXB84D34F8 error, I am glad to assist you.
You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
I hope this helps resolve this issue completely.
To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.
Cheers.
