Product: officejet pro 7740

my printer office jet pro 7740 always doing maintenance avery 7 sheet of copy or printing work. 

this make my printinting wasting my printer is ink.

the colour ink are run out in 2 day only.

im already resat or update the firmware, and it is not solving my problem.

Welcome to the HP community.

 

Clean the printhead

  1. On the printer control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setup icon .

  2. Swipe up on the display, and then touch Printer Maintenance.

  3. Touch Clean Printhead, and then touch Continue.

  4. Examine the test page.

    • If the print quality is unacceptable, touch Clean Again to continue the next level of cleaning. Repeat these steps for the third cleaning stage, if necessary.

Align the printhead

  1. On the printer control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setup icon .

  2. Swipe up on the display, and then touch Printer Maintenance.

  3. Touch Align Printhead, and then touch Continue.
