I recently buy this printer, 2 of them actually, but one of them upgraded the firmware without notice, i know hp is not willing to give costumers the best experience but as a long time client of this company i had it enough.
Yes i know refill inks voids warranty but i dont care for warranty i hade never use it and i never will, im aware of the company wanting for us to buy as many cartdriges as we can but unfortunately buying original cartridges for me is out of my possibilities, i don't even buy compatible or reused or refurbished or refillable!! cartridges c'ause they are TOO expensive for me, anyway when i buy a printer, this printer becomes MY PROPERTY, is no longer for HP to tell me what ink should I USE! 'cause HP is no longer the owner of MY printer, and this is why i'm asking (even demanding if you will like to call it that way) a solution so i can use THE SAME HP CARTDRIGES as many time i can, 'cause yeah, i'm using the same original HP cartridges that came with the printer 'cause that's what i can afford!!!
I was really reluctant to go to other companies like epson or brother, but with this last couple of printers, if i don't get a solution, i will stop buying HP for good 'cause i don't earn money enough to buy this LUXURIOS WAY MORE EXPENSIVE THAN FANCY CHAMPAGNE cartridges, i'm not a RICH person!! i just want to use MY printer as I see FIT!
so, answer me with a solution not with a silly link that says how to take of the cartridges or how to change for a new one I?N NOT GONING TO BUY ANY CARTDRIGE for this fraudulent machine. i just want to downgrade the firmware so i can keep using the setup cartridges with refill ink or other solution to achive this goal.

Well after a couple of prints now the other printer just start rejecting the ORIGINAL OEM HP CARTDRIGES!!! this is bulls**t HP and this second printer didn't upgrade to new firmware.
I hope people of HP see this: if you think that by forbiding the use of alternate inks in OUR OWN PRINTERS made by your company is going to stop us, YOU ARE a complet bunch off a holes 'cause guess what we all are going to stop BUYING HP AND START BUYING ANY OTHER PRINTER THAT TREAT US AS WHAT WE ARE THE OWNERS OF A PRINTER!!!!
You are not renting me the printer I BOUGHT IT and that makes me the real owner and you should not tell me WHAT INKS I MUST USE as you can't stop me from purchase other companies' products.
I just want to turn on my printer, print, refill MY cartridges and keep working but no, HP wants me to spend money I DONT HAVE in stupid expensive (and NOT JUSTIFIED EXPENSIVE) ink, go to hell HP I'm just going to wait a few days to get an answer from a staff member while i'm searching for a BETTER brother or epson option.
