Officejet pro 9015 - I replaced the yellow ink cartridge but when I closed the cartridge door the printer again claimed there was a low cartridge but this time the Cyan. I went to change that cartridge too but when I opened the front door of the device and selected "replace" on the screen the cartridge caddy would not move into the replacement position. I have powered down numerous times and redid all the troubleshooting steps but no good result - still the same issue. How can I move the cartridge caddy and replace/check the ink cartridges when the device will not allow me access via standard means?
