Hello
the printer jams intermittently or has difficulty feeding the card and everything is illogical, I have done all the usual checks for paper jams, I have changed the paper cleaned the rubbers but it still happens. I have looked at the event log of the reports and these codes continue to appear: Error 25.14. 11, 25.14. 12 warning 17.01. 90 and 17.03. 80 There is no description in the report and I can't find anything online that even resembles these codes. Can someone enlighten me?
ps. latest firmware on board and 12,200 Total Prints and issue only related to Tray 1

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I understand you're experiencing a paper jam issue on your printer.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, I'm here to help you today.
Please follow the steps below to fix the issue.
A) Perform a power drain.
1) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
2) Press and hold the power button down for 15 seconds and release the power button, wait for about 30 seconds.
3) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not into a surge protector.
4) Power on the printer and check if the carriage moves to the center to replace the ink cartridges
B) Kindly refer to the steps on this link to update the printer firmware and let me know if that resolves the issue.

I cleaned the rubbers of the drawers and also of the vertical transport and it seems to me that now it is much improved, I am testing the printer in the laboratory for a few days before replying that the situation is resolved. I add that the sheets from drawer 1 did not jam but came out with a strong delay and also the prints came out consequently staggered
