Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Smart Tank Plus  655 printer approaching 2 years old and lightly used. Recently was getting error message of CARTRIDGE PROBLEM ... remove and reinstall black print head and if  message persists REPLACE  the Print Head . Have replaced BOTH print heads with with GENUINE HP products but problem still persists . I have done all the obvious ie Aligned print heads , CLEANED print heads  but problem still persists . Print head  appears to be clean . I unplugged the printer the printer for a couple of minutes and restarted but no improvement ,

Any suggestions welcomed . Can see no value in purchasing another printhead if problem persists .
