I connected my old printer to my new computer after it had not been used in about a year.  I have replaced the cyan, yellow and magenta cartridges.  The black is half full.  I can not get it to print in anything except cyan and yellow.  I have run the clean print head thing at least 10 times now.  Still nothing.  I have also tried popping out the magenta and black - to make sure thye were all the way in.  Any ideas?

Thank You.  That had occured to me about the Black- since it is old.  But I just bought the Magenta from Office Depot yesterday.  Looks like I'm headed back to the store!

The Magenta cartridge does not contain a printhead.

The printhead is part of the printer.
