hello 

i have a printer p55d2b6 that for 2 users they have the message out of paper. if they reboot it's fine for let say few hours then it came back .

there one user that have no issue 

wondering what could it be ?

also i force a print test page and the message goes away i change power option to get more time but its very weird

Hello all

we still have issue with the printer once in a while i get the message out of paper even if the printer have paper in it.

to be able to print we need to force a test page then the message goes away.

why is that happening ?

and what can we do to fix the problem ?
