Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i have a big trouble with a new one pagewide 556dn. i tried every kind of driver and tried every combination of color setting

but the red is a light brown and so on for every color printing from a pdf brochure.

any suggestion are welcome

What is the firmware version you are using?

Do you use HP Authorized Ink?

How many pages have you printed?

Do you use Colorlok paper?

The printer is a brand new, One week old with strarter kit ink. I printed 100 page only for test.

the firmware is the latest. I tried also with cleaning   Head but with no result. The red is definitely brown less or more brillant but brown

I would suggest that the issue may very well be the paper. There are some qualities of paper that do exactly what you describe. I'd suggest trying some paper that is marked with the Color Lock logo and is possibly even branded by HP for use with ink based printers. That will really help narrow down the issue.
