Every time:

No paper is found

Paper is stuck with about 2" left to exit.

Paper is folded across in the middle of portrait image

The fold is exactly same in is in the shape of a Z-Fold

 

What can anyone suggest?

Can you clarify the jam a little more. You state that there is 2 inches left to exit. Do you mean that most of the page is already in the exit assembly or is the jam happening before the fuser unit in the back door area?

Thank you for your question. The paper exits except for about 2" is held in the machine. I believe that the code was telling me that it is  because of a red rubber pressure seal that has disintegrated. Do you know where i can get such a thing?
