Hello Wets,
Welcome to the HP Forums.
On the rear of the printer you will see an access panel that can be removed. Here is where you would remove any jammed paper or card stock that you have been working with.
If you do not see the jammed paper, simply rotate the print wheels and the paper will eventually feed through. If you are unable to remove the paper, you will then need to contact HP Total Care for additional options.
If you are calling within North America, the number is 1-800-474-6836 and for all other regions, click here: click here.
Thank you for your time.

I have seen the video about paper jams. I did everything it said to. My problem is the top of the box on my printer box is hp psc 1200 series Paper Jam.
I can't get this to go away. I also ran an paper test and it went through just fine. I just need to get the word Paper Jam off. I think my printer will work alrightnafter that. I also made copys of other papers and it also worked just fine. But when I go in to print address lables it stops.
Thank for your time & trouble

Hello SWEETY1962,
Welcome to the HP Forums.
I see you are having an issue with a paper jam error message. Please follow the documentation that I have outlined in the previous posts. I also suggest that you take a flash light and scan the inside of the printer very closely. Some times a small bit of paper will get covered in ink and is not easily seen. Check under the carriage by moving it to one side of the printer.
You can even remove the ink cartridges all together and check for a small bit of paper as well.
If the troubleshooting does not help resolve your issue, I would then suggest calling HP's Technical Support to see about further options for you. If you are calling within North America, the number is 1-800-474-6836 and for all other regions, click here: click here.
Thanks for your time.

Hello kboos,
Welcome to the HP Forums.
I see that you are in need of instructions on how to remove the rear access panel.
If you are using the PSC 1350 printer, the rear access panel is tucked up under tha back side of the printer. You will see a clip on the one side that you squeeze in and pull towards you. The other side has pins that hold that side in place.
I hope this is the information you are looking for.
Thanks for your time.
