HP Recommended

My HP Envy 6455e keeps saying paper out when there is paper in the tray and I have performed factory reset AND reset original network settings AND followed all 4 of HP's steps for fixing and none of them resolve the issue (reset, input flat/correct paper, adjust paper settings, clean paper rollers in front and under). The large front light bar glows solid amber and the side paper tray light glows solid amber. Seems to be an electronic problem, not a physical one. The error persists. How can I fix this?
