Each month I receive email pdf statement attachments, generally I open in Edge > Print> Set the various options for page range and print both sides. However this time I'm only getting the top and bottom lines, no other content in a 14 page doc

Tried in FF

Installed CutePDF with same result

Used HP Smart the preview showed only top & bottom lines

Used print to MS pdf for the attachment, opening the pdf errors out

An Office repair has been run

I have now resolved the issue by re-installing HP software

I ran both HP diagnostics which showed no issues then ran an HP Smart repair via win add/remove dialogue, was then able to print the Edge pdf statement.

However the following day received another statement opened in Edge> Print on both sides and specific pages, again it printed only top & bottom lines, no other content though the Edge doc showed all.

I then tried a print via HP Smart, which is all a bit of a faff as you have to first save the attachment to the pc, and it printed fine from there. the print range/both sides
