Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I'm getting the error message "photo tray blocked".  I've tried all of the suggested fixes as well as finally removing the photo tray completely but the error message persists making the printer unusable.  There is no paper jam nor any debris.  I've tried restarting the printer and the message still comes up as soon as the printer starts.
