Recently when replacing the band it gave me the error 08:11, I checked the continuity of the control panel cable and changed the formatter board, as well as performed the electronic module test and it came out that everything was fine, can you help me with some other solution ?

change the formatter with the included HDD and the error continues

The formatter acquired it a long time ago for an error 79 which was resolved by changing the encoder strip. But I'll tell you, going back to the issue of error 08, when I changed the format it gave me error 71.19, I solved it but then it gave me error 08.11 again, loading 0%.
