Inspect Print Cartridges:
- Open the printer and verify that the print cartridges are installed correctly.
- Ensure the cartridges have enough ink and are not damaged. Replace them if necessary.
Resolve Paper Jams:
- Open the printer’s access door and inspect for any paper jams or obstructions.
- Remove any jammed paper and check that the paper tray is correctly loaded with paper.
Restart the Printer:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
Check for Error Messages:
- Use your printer’s display panel or connected device to check for any error messages that might give further insight into the issue.
