power light off but other lights blinking

hello i have a hp deskjet printer 2545 - currently the power light is off, but there's 3 lights blinking.

1. wireless direct light

2. attention light

3. both cartridge lights are blinking

I've tried unplugging for 30 seconds and replugging in different outlet but it continues blinking. I press the power button and nothing happens , but lights keep blinking. 

Any feedback would be appreciated.
