power up issue with officejet pro 7720

I have a Office Jet Pro 7720 and I cannot get it to turn on. There is power to the printer and the screen comes on with the HP symbol and blue line with the 7 dots below. The blue line moves across the screen then once it gets to the end the printer freezes and nothing further happens

There are no other lights on the screen, the home, question mark and back button along with the WIFI light are all off. I have tried unplugging the printer several times to no avail any ideas

Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

We need to perform a semi-full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
