Now I am really in deep "do do" !!!

Had problem being unable to reset the password in pre-boot. The problem is a LOT worse now.

Cannot exit pre-boot - selecting 'Continue' does nothing. Tried unplugging printer.

Now I get a message: "Not bootable"   Error code:  99.39.67

 

Any suggestions to get me out of this hole I have dug would be appreciated!!

The problem is SOLVED!!

After a couple of hours of trial and failure, new firmware (FS4) was able to be loaded.

The printer is now working as normal.
