Welcome to the HP English Community --
I am not aware of a compiled list -
A list of this type would be out of date as soon as new models arrive on the scene.
You could ask an online AI to compile one -- I'm not particularly trustful of AI answers, but it might work.
Remember that AI is no smarter than the algorithm that controls its search methods.
That said, it's easy to check --
- Go to Store/HP.com
- Select to view printers of the type you would like to consider
- Find a printer in your price range
- Open the webpage for that printer
- Scroll down to view the Tech Specs / Specifications
- If needful, click to open "full specifications"
- Look to see whether the printer supports "Custom Paper" sizes
AND
- If yes, check that the A2 envelope is within the supported Custom size range.
Reminders
Printers are devices in which you "get what you pay for".
AND
There are many options -- if you miss just one of your "can't live without" features, your new printer will likely be a disappointment.
Read carefully, do your comparisons, ask a Store rep for help if you get stuck.

What else?
If you have a particular printer in mind and cannot find the Specifications for it, you can ask here in the Community.
Do provide the printer model / Product Home - Printers so, you know, we don't have to make a list for you of all the Envy or OfficeJet printers in the world. (We won't do that.)

We are all volunteers here, we often provide guidance on where to find information but if the information is publicly available, we may point and let you do the work. Had you narrowed down your criteria somewhat by stating color or black and white, how much printing you do, laser or ink, multifunction or simply a printer one could probably suggest a couple of printers. Reality is that most HP printers will probably be able to print that size.
I am a volunteer, offering my knowledge to support fellow users, I do not work for HP nor speak for HP.
