I installed new ink cartridges and updated drivers but I still get a "print failure" notice. I've shutdown the printer and took out the plug at least 5 times but it didn't help. Any suggestions

Try the following steps:
Power Reset the Printer
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
Check Ink Cartridges & Printhead
- Remove the cartridges and check if they are installed correctly.
- Clean the gold-colored contacts with a dry microfiber cloth.
- Reinsert them firmly.
- If the issue persists, try running a printhead cleaning cycle from the printer menu.
Reset Printer Settings
- On the printer’s control panel, go to:
Setup → Printer Maintenance → Restore Factory Defaults - Restart the printer and try printing again.
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor
- Download & run HP Print and Scan Doctor from HP’s website.
- Let it automatically detect and fix issues with drivers, connections, and ink system errors.
Manually Update Firmware
- Go to HP’s official support page and download the latest firmware update for your printer model.
- Install it and restart the printer.
