Hello everyone.
I'm almost fed up. I want to explain myself once and for all because I can perfectly print the pictures in 4 "x6" format with all the software on the market, including HP Photo Creation and I can not do it with the 13x18 format, yes or no?
You are good and prepared but my problem remains.
Should I resign myself to print 10x15 photos or can I do anything else?
To this I want a definitive answer, not talk, blah, blah, blah. OK?
I hope I was clear and complete.
I greet the forum dearly. Come back soon, bye bye!

You have been clear that you can print 4x6 inches.

IF you are referring to 13x18 inches, then NO, the printer cannot print that size.

If you mean 13 x 18 cm, (5.1x7x1 inches) then Yes, the printer Specifications > Paper-handling > Paper types and Sizes includes that size.

13 x 18 cm
130 x 180 mm (5.1 x 7.1 in)

If you cannot print that size, it may have to do with the combination of settings for Media type (kind of paper), Source (Tray), Paper Size, and possibly whether or not the combination (and the printer) supports Duplex.

For example, assuming  your printer supports Duplex:

  • Duplex is likely supported in Plain Paper, standard size (Letter or A4), document.
  • Duplex is NOT supported with Media type Photo paper (regardless of paper size).
  • Duplex has other "rules".  For example, standard paper prints from a printer Automatic Document Feeder (for those printers that have this feature), odd / other sizes cannot be printed from the ADF.

Other "things that can bite" include and are not limited to:

  • It may be necessary to select the Tray as opposed to leaving this setting at "automatic".
  • The Full Feature Software must be installed (and functional).
  • In some cases, depending on the printer and the Operating System, it may be necessary (or at least strongly recommended) that the printer Firmware is updated.
  • Most programs that print images do provide some version of the Print Preview setup.  After selecting the "print" menu in the software / program you are using to submit the job to the printer, you may also need to adjust / verify your print settings in Properties, Preferences, Page Setup or other similiarly named sub-menu.

New thread started by member makes it clear he cannot use Photo Creations to print 13x18 (5.1 x 7.1 in) and / or 5x7 inches (new thread mentions the 5x7 size).
