When printing multiple pages from a PDF or Word document the print spooler will not clear the print job in the Que, once all the pages have been printed. We are unable to clear the Que by selecting cancel all print jobs. Since that print job is still in the Que we are unable to print another document. We have to manually stop the print spooler in services, delete the print files in the c: drive and then manually restart the print spooler again. We tried removing the printer and did a fresh install of the 8600, we tried updating the driver, powering down the laptop and restarting it, turning off the printer and restarting it, changing the print mode to print directly from computer to printer, but the problem still continues. We also installed the HP print and scan doctor and no problem was detected.

I finally resolved the HP 8600 print spooler issue by removing the 8600 printer in Control Panel and then performing a new install using an executable file to install the HP 8600, which I downloaded from the HP website. Apparently the issue with the spooler was the result of using the default windows 10 driver for the HP 8600. We have printed multiple dcuments in both PDF and Word formats and have not experienced any printing or print spooler issues since using the HP installation download.
Here is the link to the HP webpage which includes the download link and includes the installation software and drivers:

This is an absolute nightmare problem and this is only a fix if you have one printer spooling, I dont I have several network printers running, this FIX merely kills all the cues and loses all of my print not just just the problem one, and this happens daily I have always had HPs but after this problem it makes me wonder what ill buy the next time I purchase.
