Hello @GrandPaBill1 .
Search for local services in Windows and click View local services in the list of results. 2.
2. In the list of services, double-click Print Queue.
3. Right-click Print Queue and select Stop.
4. After the service has been stopped, close the services window.
5. Search for C: in Windows and then click Windows in the list of results.
6. Double-click the System32 folder and then double-click the spool folder.
7. Double-click the PRINTERS folder.
8. Delete all the files inside the folder.
9. Try to print.

The Service you want to stop and restart is Print Spooler, not Print Queue.
