been having problems with print spooler jamming. after deleting the drivers and programs, I reinstalled and printed test
page and it worked fine. Then I printed a invoice and it printed fine but the file is still in the queue. Any ides why it keeps doing this?

Hi,
Welcome to HP Support Forum. I think you need to remove the queue. For Windows, please try:
hold down the Windows key and press R.
from the Run window, type services.msc and hit enter.
if the machine asks for Admin you have to accept this,
look down to the print spooler service, right click it and select properties
click on the Stop button,
browse to C:\Windows\System32\Spool\printers or C:\Windows\System\Spool\printers (this may be hidden)
delete the job inside this folder
reboot the machine
Regards.

My HP Officejet 4630 spooler keeps freezing. A job will print and still shows in the spooler and won't clear for 15 mnutes and usually shows a message saying the job could not print, although it had. I clear the spooler, by going to services.msc, scrolling to print spooler and clicking on stop, or restart. It then happens again after the next print job runs.
This has been occurring for the last year and is very frustrating.
