Hi @woodshil,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the error code c4eba341!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Turn Off and On: Start by turning off your printer and unplugging it from the power source. Wait for about a minute before plugging it back in and turning it on.

Check for Obstacles: Open the printer’s access door and look for any paper jams or obstructions that might be preventing the print head from moving. Remove any obstacles you find.

Clear Paper Jams: If you find any paper jams, carefully remove them. Make sure to clear all bits of paper and check for any paper debris inside the printer.

Move the Print Head Manually: Try gently moving the printhead to see if it's stuck due to a mechanical issue. Be careful not to use too much force, as this might damage the printer.

Reset the Printer: Sometimes resetting the printer can clear error codes. You can do this by unplugging the printer from the power outlet, waiting for a minute, and then reconnecting it.

Check Ink Cartridges: Ensure that the ink cartridges are installed correctly and securely. Remove and reinstall them if necessary.

I hope this helps.
