Product: hp officejet 2620
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer in question works properly since last week , modifications on software only from microsoft update. The printer fuction on "copy" on "scanner" but not prints any documents from file of computer . Appear "error 0x80070077"  . I had a chat with microsoft technical service that suggest me to cancel all drive from printer and install the new. After this I done nothing change and the error persist. What to do ? Tks.
