A part that connects the printer carriage has disconnected. It is a thin metal or plastic strap attached to the left hand side of the carriage track and to the right hand side of the carriage. The end that attaches to the carriage has a U-shape that looks as if it should attach to the carriage and enable it to move. How do I reattach it?
