Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are unable to install the cartridge in the printer.

Are you using genuine HP ink cartridges?

Meanwhile:

Make sure you are using HP950 and HP 951 ink cartridges.

If you are using the correct cartridge, carefully reinsert each of the ink cartridges into its slot, and then push the ink cartridge down and forward until it clicks into place.

Make sure each colored dot on the ink cartridge label matches the colored dot on the print carriage.

Let me know how it goes.

I have replaced the cartridges several times.  I never had this problem before.  I am using the correct HP print cartridge (901).  It just will not do that final click in place.  Sometimes it seems to, but as soon as you try to operate the printer, it pops out.
