Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8139e All-in-One Printer

When requesting a test page the printer receives the request and says it is printing but a magenta ellipse appears on the display saying to cancel. Nothing happens after this.

This appears to be a hardware fault but you need a better error report (if any)

Print a printer report
Follow these steps to print a printer report.
1. On the control panel Home screen, touch Menu.
2. Scroll to Utilities and touch Tools.
3. Touch Reports, and then touch Status Reports.
4. Select a printer report to print and touch Print
