Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7955e All-in-One Printer

My HP Envy Inspire 7955e displays error message "paper loaded incorrectly along with make sure the photo paper is loaded in portrait orientation and is pushed completely to the back of the tray."  The printer is not set for photo printing, only 8x11 paper. The error screen will not disappear.
